• Rider Requirements:

• STAGE: minimum 7 m x 6 m, area is needed 5m high black back drop across the stage
• STAGE CARPET: A black or dark gray carpet (short fiber/commercial grade) remnant
• is required to cover the stage to keep artist from slipping.
• LIGHTING: One follow spot (with operator white and pale blue jell), 10 Stage reflectors
• or scanners, colors: blue, magenta, cyan, pink, white and green. Lights to be fixed as far as
• possible from performing area to avoid heat. Diffuse light will obtain best result on bubbles
• and eliminate reflections. House light to be dwon during entire performance
• AC POWER: 220V proximity to the stage with two extension cord 5 socket each
• DRAPES AND PIPE: Black back drops across the back of the stage 5 m high
• SOUND: 2 mini disc players CD or 2 Cassette Players with audio mixer and good loud
• speakers for high quality sound
• MICROPHONE : Required one cordless microphone lavaliere with new batteries and 2 extra batteries
• TECHNICAL SUPPORT: Required technician through out entire performance.
  ATMOSPHERE CONDITION: Cool down performing area 5 min before
  performance by opening back stage door or any door proximity to the stage to provide fresh air.(Ideal temperature 18-20C humidity minimum 42 %)
• SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Dry Ice Machine with operator throughout
  entire performance small size helium tank
  
• IMPORTANT NOTICE: No side effects should be used such as
  Haze and Fog Machine, Fan etc. house light should be down during performance.

• Expenses
• The list bellow indicates production cost to be considered if you are potential client intending to book Bubble Festival

1. Performance fee ( charge per show or per day minimum 5 days, show varies from 20 to 60 min performances maximum 4 shows per day)
2. Opening Ceremony (extra charge for opening and closing ceremony, special effects equipments are involve)
3. Return Air Fare (From Toronto Canada minimum 3 people)
4. Air Cargo ( approximate 1500kg for 3 month advance booking Ocean Freight will apply to reduce transportation cost)
5. Ground Transportation (from airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the performance location)
6. Hotel Accomodation (two double room in a good hotel)
7. Meal (2 meals per day for performer and the crew)
